For $4, 000 this lack of quality control is unacceptable.

How long do i need to heat it up for? Ive fot a pretty serious heat gun, a 10" c-spanner and a hammer. I cant get this thing to budge. I don't have anything to extend my spanner.

Why Numi scooters are missing from the Israeli market?

I saw at Alibaba Numi burn e 2 and burn e 2 max, is that a legit Numi scooters? Would you recommend buying from them and if so, who can provide service?

mine starts getting crampy and not smooth when it rests a lot (a week or two). I go 50 km and then the problem goes away. if it rests again, the problem occurs. why?

I didn't find having to work on my Nami unacceptable. I knew going in this vehicle was built by a tiny company and built by hand. I like being able to talk to Michael Sha directly. He has helped me with a few issues. I've received excellent service and support from this small team. If none of this sounds acceptable, this scooter is not for you. Don't buy it. Move along.
