I've called Carbonite yesterday and carbonites rep said that their service is not used for archiving emails. This was my exact question to them: I am looking to backup my business emails, and if Carbonite backs up email A yesterday and I go and delete email A from my gmail today, would the email still be present on Carbonite for me to download in the future?

I am trying to free up space from my gmail by deleting them from the account, but would like to have a history of emails for future reference.

Please provide suggestions.
