I love watching ChefsClub videos. They are so interesting to see the different food ideas they put out. Most of which I wouldn't even attempt, since they tend to be a bit complex. But it's fun to dream.

Some of these ideas I'm thinking, I'msure there's a better way to do this . For instance, the Kisses dessert . I would've filled the chocolate hood with maybe a dark chocolate mousse . And for the watermelon cake, I would've cut the rind off at least . Matter of fact, I wouldn't have even put something as wet as a fresh slice of watermelon under cake . Makes it soggy, I would think .

That HUGE balloon candy bowl was to cover the cake!? 😂😂😂 Did she even rehearse that one? Cause it looked like she just quit midway through a recipe and said, "ahh screw it, the candy bowl can go on here" and left the building 😂

Went through all of that work pouring the candy over the balloon … and it turned out really neat
I was so anxious to see what she’d do with it
But honestly
I was disappointed to see it tipped upside down onto the cake like that!!!!
I expected it to be used differently I guess
It didn’t do it justice to use it as a cake top

This is like Watching a car accident... you don't want to watch but you do and regret it every time! They are so wasteful and impractical, like they didn't think there ideas through and nothing goes together.
