BJP Set To Return To Power In Assam; Leads On 77, Congress On 48 Seats

The Bharatiya Janata Party is leading on 77 seats while Congress is running second with 48 seats. If the trends are to be believed, the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance is set to come back in Assam. Assam Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal says that as per the trends, it is clear that Bharatiya Janata Party will form the government in the state.
