I'm showing you how to make traditional polish meals: kotlety mielone w/potatoes and mizeria, rosół and racuchy. All those recipes are easy to make (for Polish standards) and you can for sure find the ingredients in your country.

Preparing rosół specifically, reminds me of my grandma and how we cooked together in her teeny-tiny kitchen. My food will never be as good as hers, but I think it's quite similar. Today (15-6-22) I cooked Kotlety Meilone for my friend and her family, they are a Polish family in Krakow. They loved it!
So, an English man cooked a Polish dish for a Polish family in Poland, and it was a success! Thankyou Dominika! 💋💋

Whenever I go to my friends house her mom makes pierogi and it is so good. She is quite excited to move back to Poland but I’m not cause I won’t have anymore pierogi😩🤣

In Poland, on Sundays around 1 p.m. you can hear this characteristic rumbling sound as Poles are pounding meat into pork chops. Everyone has their own family recipe, and when it comes to cucumber soup, I peel the cucumbers and cut them thinly, which allows the juice to release better, add a little vinegar and squeeze it, add cream and add a little sugar to break the vinegar.
