For me it's Clash of Clans. Was excited and played not day one, but started not that much later. But lately, it's just "open app - collect resources - close app". TH9, getting the queen and unlocking Lavaloon as strat was peak. Everything after that felt like grind to get a higher number and unlock broken, but less fun troops.

To be fair clash royal was already Pay to Win in the early days, legendary cards were insanly strong and just getting one of them cost you probably around 50€/$
