Ms Shanty dhal with the ochroes brings back fond memories of my grandma. Mama you used to make her dhal like that and of course the three fingers joint by joint depending of what you cooking well that was her measuring spoons also .I also how Ms Shanty handle the cooking of the food, she always put a lot of love in it plus everything is done in a clean manner .

I does cook Dhal with Ochro it don't get slimey don't cut the 2 edge take them out swizzle then add. Back I'm 69 learn from my grand mother🙏

Traditional Indian and African people never use to use spoon was hand for everything tha spoon thing was introduced to us, I agree with you Shanty wah we know bout TSP an tbsp is "HAND"
