i made Japanese traditional sweets "Wagashi" Yuzu-Mochi;)
yuzu sweets are mostly made in winter in Japan. this sweets has wonderful scent and taste is nice. if you come to Japan in winter,please try some yuzu sweets at Wagashi shop;)
ingredients
making mochi
80ml water
food color(orange)
domyojiko(kind of mochi rice powder)
30g granulated sugar
making yuzuanballs
80g shiroan
yuzu jam(or yuzu tea)
making yokan leaves
0.5g agar powder
25ml water
20g shiroan
food color(green)
other
melted agar jelly
