Please adobe, make an option to NOT visualize this header bar. Professional editors really apreciate having more space on the interface. We have shortcuts for these buttons. Come on!

What was wrong with using the project window to browse clips? Also, import/export worked just fine before, it didn't it's own header bar. How can I remove this colossal waste of space from my workflow?

I like the concept since this is a great simplified approach for beginners. Sadly though, this is the part of the interface that annoys me the most about the software. Most experienced editors are already using shortcut for these options so losing space for something that is hardly used is very painful. It would be great to at least be able to turn off this bar to get back more screen space. Another option would be to auto hide it or assign shortcut key that could make it go away eg. similar to the use of f key in Photoshop. When I am at my desk this isn't such a big deal with my larger monitor but it becomes more obvious when I am using a laptop only.
