Anybody who see this... what works for me is I just use a towel, soak a small part with really cold water (sink on coldest setting) and press it to my eye. You feel immediate relief, and as long as you dont touch or itch it for a minute or two, it goes away fully.

I have a histamine intolerance and am on a low histamine diet and take a low dose of histamine pill before sleep. I use to break out in hives daily but can now control it with diet + medication. Recently my eyes started swelling to where I couldn’t see anymore. I watched your videos and switched my eye drops from lubricant drops to one with histamine and my eyes totally cleared up and bonus my vision improved 😃 I still need glasses but I can see so much better with antihistamine allergy drops!
