Corruption, Justice and Fragile States

Professors Cheyanne Scharbatke-Church and Diana Chigas at The Fletcher School evaluate corruption in Uganda's police and courts using systems analysis to map out underlying patterns that drive or enable corruption. This approach allows researchers and policy makers to view the problem holistically, question assumptions, and catalyze change.
