Reset Workspace to Saved Layout in Adobe After Effects

It annoyed me in the deepest of ways when I saw multiple 3 minute Youtube tutorials on how to reset your workspace. After Effects users are often editing in the middle of the night, caffeinated by energy drinks, questioning the meaning of life and have no interest in listening to someone mumbling for 3 minutes on how to make 2 simple clicks. I believe that the goal of video editing tutorials should be to help the community in an efficient way. So I decided to make a tutorial that is only about 16 seconds long and that some of you will hopefully appreciate.
