In November, Ohio voters enshrined reproductive rights including the right to an abortion into the state constitution. But the current state of reproductive rights in the state remains murky as laws that abortion rights advocates say restrict access remain on the books. The ACLU of Ohio and Planned Parenthood recently filed a lawsuit to eliminate some of those restrictions including a 24-hour mandatory waiting period. Today we'll speak with an attorney with the ACLU of Ohio and a reporter covering this issue in Ohio about the current state of abortion access in Ohio and nationwide.

Later in the show, we'll talk to Ideastream education reporter Conor Morris about his interview with Youngstown State University President Bill Johnson. (Air date: April 15, 2024).
