Try checking the flat tube at the back of the dishwasher and run on the bottom of the top rack. It moves the water from the bottom to the top spray arm. See if you can remove it and see if it’s blocked or has buildup.

Thanks for the video. Still didn't work for Me, unfortunately. Soapy residue on dishes and still leaves bits of food... I've tried everything I can find online.

Same for me. Tried everything. Nothing has worked. Always small amounts of food stuck to the inside of the door after a cycle. Food particles on dishes and flatware. Baked on good hard after drying so even a 2nd cycle wouldn't remove them.
