I got mixtapes from my great uncle, which got me so excited because I could finally listen to tapes in my car… none of them worked except the ocean waves. I still listen to the ocean waves, but I’m still sad the others didn’t record properly

My grandparents gifted me (15) a bunch of cassettes and a player a long time ago, I really don’t see why my generation doesn’t appreciate gen x and baby boomer’s music. It’s pretty sad honestly
