First look at gaming on the Surface Pro X. Installing UWP games from the Windows Store and finding out what works and what doesn't. Compatibility issues, filtered store results and more information on Microsoft's powerful new Arm performance Windows 10 tablet.
I test a few basic games including Asphalt 9 and Angry Birds 2. These are UWP apps and basically a phone type of gaming experience. I tried installing Forza Horizon 4 demo.

My biggest concern is goion to be battery life. Love the Surface Pro design, just looking for something that runs Windows 10 efficiently and with amazing battery life. I was super dissapointed when they announced the projected battery life on this product. I really wish they wouldn't have sacrificed battery size for thinness, a 20 hour pojected battery time (10 hours real life) would've been amazing.

ive never had any surface products but was always intered in getting one. does this only play games from the app store or could you play actual computer games like mmorpgs?

Can you test League of Legends please? It is directx and 32 bit so in theory it should run but when I tried it at the store it didnt

The screen is not OLED. But MS displays are among the best IPS around.

i dont know if i should buy this or a the new $1500 alienware 32 inch ips 1440p 5ms. 140 fps oc to 175 fps ultra wide g sync monitor.

Its LCD and forget about Forza and other AAA titles on ARM device like Surface right now. Its just to weak.
