OLYMPUS 35SP first shoot

In this episode I try out a new old toy, an old Olympus 35SP rangefinder film camera. I try a few Landscape photographs shred the film on rewind, then shoot some street scenes in Wellington. Then I sit back tired and sore after falling off my bike, and go through a review of the shots. Hope you enjoy. Hit the like and subscribe if you do please comment, good or bad it all counts. #street-photography #travel #wellington #film #film-photography

I’m glad you were wearing your helmet. These are really lovely images Paul. I think the shadow on the guy walking actually adds to the mood of the image. I hear you about film grain. One of my favourite images was one I took with black and white 1600 film 15 years ago. Your images have great depth. Beautiful art.

Loved the first shot. Youve inspired me to dig out an old film camera and give it a go.

Interesting video. The grain effect of the film really suits the street shots and I really liked that shot of the trawler men where the combination of the grain and the B&W creates a timeless quality. Hope you are recovered from your bike accident
