Cattle Dog Rescue Puppy in his Pool

Maverick is about 5 months old. At 12 weeks old he was hit by a car. Both back legs and his pelvis were fractured. He was brought into a vet by a cattle farmer who stated “he’s no use to me broken, just put him down.” The vet contacted AARF rescue in Cookeville, TN who agreed to have him placed in foster care. He’s been in foster with us for 6 weeks. He was initially unable to walk. Now after multiple surgeries and weeks of crate rest he’s running, playing and now swimming! So donate, foster or adopt. Support your local rescue or shelter. Give dogs and cats like Maverick a chance!
