Here is a behind the scenes look at a jump technique session with one of my athletes Matt Bardoel. Matt is a basketball player that came to see me for strength and conditioning and jump technique. Matt has added 5" to his standing vertical and 6" to his full approach over our time together. As an athlete that isn't naturally explosive, technique has played a big role in his jump improvements.
