Following a recent shoulder surgery, this homeowner said “YOU CAN’T BEAT FREE!”

I was doing some work in this neighborhood when I came across this house that had some of the dirtiest front steps I’ve ever seen. The whole driveway and walkways were super dirty as well so I offered to clean it for the homeowner. He told me that he has a pressure washer but hasn’t had the chance to clean it due to a recent shoulder surgery. I had to do a little bit of convincing but he ended telling me he would love for me to do the work. So I got started and spent WAY more time than I was expecting here but the result was totally worth it so be sure to stay til the very end of this video to see the before and after pictures and the homeowners reaction to the work.

Love how he "argued" and said you should go do someone else's property. Adding the "I have a pressure washer", that has obviously never been used. Just accept the help Spencer offers and stop with all the drama! That's a huge lot he did! Looks awesome as always.

That Southern habit of reverse haggling a compliment or gracious gift is funny to some people but it's just how we do things! 😄 Another excellent job and grateful homeowner. Plus a pupper in the window!

The part that I usually love most about these videos is when grouted brickwall goes from dull bricks with black jointing to vibrant red clay with light beige grout. Something about making those brick walls look shiny and vibrant again is really satisfying, even more than those big concrete surfaces.
