Good lecture! Kindly correct one inadvertent view : the first 24 hours of producing before the magistrate are not included in the default bail period/ 167 ( 2) / remand period 15/60/90 days ( barring special act cases ) ...
Only from the day of remand ( which generally is after 24 hours ) the 15 /60/90 starts.

If the accused is remanded in the first 24 hours, then that very day is included else this 24 hours is not meant for reckoning 15/60/90 days period.
