Thanks so much for this. I had a certificate installed, installed a new one, deleted the old one, but then didn't bind the new one to the site. Once I bound the new one to the site, it worked like a charm. Thanks much!

After added a cert to IIS, it disappeared when I tried to bind.

All this doesnt help if there is no private key.
