Short Sci-Fi film 'Are You There?'

Sometimes you want to be alone. Sometimes your passion for your work takes over your whole life and you leave your friends a billion miles away. If you start to miss home, you have to hope you can still communicate...

And sometimes you don't miss what matters most to you until its too late...

We set out to make a short film over two days and we succeeded! We had a minimum budget, a minimum crew and a minimum amount of time! Shot using a Canon 600D, and Magic Lantern's RAW firmware. We set ourselves a tough challenge to create a science fiction short on a budget of £$€0.00 - but we did it.

Shot on location in the Ring of Gullion the film stars RJ Woolsey, Sharon Carroll and Elaine Thompson.
