At this time of updating this article, iOS 17.5.1 is the currently signed version. If you don't know, you can only go back to the iOS signed version, not the unsigned one.

However, if you have saved shsh2 blobs for the unsigned version, you can downgrade to unsigned iPSW from here using those blobs.

Can You Downgrade iOS 18 public beta to iOS 17 any Version?

You can not downgrade to ANY previous iOS version; you can only downgrade to the earlier version or versions currently signed by Apple.

In this case, when I write this article, you can only downgrade from iOS 18 beta to iOS 17.5.1 but not to iOS 17 directly, which is now unsigned.

If you try doing that, you can get your iPhone or iPod touch, or iPad stuck into a boot loop or lose all your data.

Only taking backup and restoring would take same rest process is fast enough
