Forgotten Unstoppable NBA Signature Moves Point Guard Edition | Basketball Scoring Tips

In today's video, I give you my top 3 Forgotten Unstoppable NBA Signature Moves Point Guard Edition! These basketball scoring moves will help you instantly increase your scoring average! The awesome thing about these simple basketball scoring tips is that they are super easy to implement for players at every level. By implementing these scoring moves into your game you can almost immediately skyrocket your scoring and your overall basketball skill level!
So my first scoring move comes from one of the shiftiest guards to come out of the NBA in the 90"s, and it's the Nick Van Exel Fake Spin Move. Nick Van Exel absolutely made a killing off this move and its overall effectiveness in live gameplay settings. This move is especially great if you already have a good spin move this counter was so hard to guard and it allowed Nick Van Exel to not only score the ball at a high clip but also create more scoring opportunities for his teammates!
My second scoring move that is insanely effective is the Jason William's Fake BTB Pass! Jason William's AKA "White Chocolate" was one of the best guards in terms of his ability to freeze defenders with devastating moves! His Fake BTB Pass was one way he got the crowd on their feet. This move is super simple to pull off yet adds a ton of flair to your game if done correctly. Make sure to pay close attention on the keys to making this move unstoppable! So to truly take your scoring to the next level you must have elite ball-handling skills that help you get by any defender.
My third forgotten unstoppable NBA Signature Move Point Guard Edition is Mockmood Abdule-Rauf Skip Pull-Up. Mockmood was an absolute killer in the 90's and was kind of Stephen Curry before Steph Curry. He was a great shooter with a quick trigger! The one thing that I love about his Skip Pull Up is that there are so many options depending on how the defender plays you. Make sure to pay close attention so you can utilize the Skip Pull Up to score more points!
As always make sure you are paying close attention to these basketball scoring tips so when the time comes you can really expand your game to the next level! Watch the video all the way through and implement these scoring tips into your game today!

Nick Van Exel was underrated. Thanks for using older players as examples for signature moves.

I'm a coach, who was a 90s player that played until mid 10s. I was looking for a breakdown of NVEs spin to show one of my players. Thanks for this. For you ballers out there, I tore people up with my skip moves, & they're still working. Definitely more effective when I was faster...and younger.

Nick 'the Quick' and White Chocolate!!

Some dudes had some nice moves!

Those Lakers were exciting with Nick and Eddie Jones!!

I used to practice Kobe's between the legs dunk (as a layup, lol) and Penny's spin his back to the rim layup over his head move LOL!

Mem'ries!

I'm a powerforward so I don't usually do that flashy dribbles, but I'm sure it will work.Back at my streetball moves again like a kid! Thanks shotmechanics

Good to see you reminding people not to let their hand go under the ball. So many of these sort of vids are done by guys who think they have awesome handles but carry the ball all day long.

Same season Mahmoud Adul-Raef scored 51 on John Stockton.

John Stockton held him to 16 FG% and 6 Points on 11-25.

Also 23 FG% and 12 Points on 11-20

I cringed when he made that first move and thought he broke his foot at 1:26 👀🏀

The best way to get open looks is push your back in the defender, wait for them to move back a step, then use a spin step back. It gets you so much daylight.

@Shotmechanics, can you post a video on advanced move combinations broken down to simplicity? Such a behind-the-back in the post, to crossover spin leading to a pro hop.

Hey coach C. Did you know when Stephen Curry go up for a shot his thumb on his guide hand always bends when he shoots.

for free throws, do you flick your thumb or do you just let your left hand guide the ball?
