The lack of patience displayed by modern fans is genuinely so tiresome. This now, now, now instant gratification nonsense is so out of hand and become a plague. The same types of people wanted fellow Spaniard Iraola out at Bournemouth last season after a slow start to the season and he nearly ended up winning manager of the season last year. People need to chill out instead of constantly being in panic mode.

There is something very awry with the way the team is playing. Players are struggling - making as they say schoolboy mistakes.
If the games were close then this point would be valid. Excuses (VAR) etc are not valid.
The question remains is he that far out of his depth that players have mailed it in. If that has happened and he’s lost the team then the board has to act.

Lopetegui needs time. You can't tell how a season will go after half a dozen matches FFS! If there are discussions to be had it should be in January not now? We've had some tough opening matches, the back end of the season isn't that bad and I'd prefer we get the tough matches out of the way early, so everyone needs to calm down I'm not a massive fan of Lopetegui but he and his team need time, just look at Iraola with Bournemouth he had it tough for a while and so did O'Neil with Wolves but they persevered and we need to now. For anyone who didnt see the game West Ham huffed and puffed and had 2 at best bias calls for penalties which one was proved to hit Tsimikas' chest and one when Gomez had a ball bounce up against his arm. Neither were heading for goal or assist. The only slight shout is possibly Gakpo being offside in the build up to the first goal. Which itself wasnt clear.

None of us know what the dressing room is like under J Lo and how the players are reacting to him during training and in the dressing room so how can we say he should go already!. If I could listen in to the dressing room and he was talking cobblers and not inspiring players to perform then I could make a judgement but it could be they are all buying into his direction, like the guy and will just need time to get things right. Only the players know for sure if he's got something they can believe in.
