I don't know if it's the music or the video style, but somehow you made knick-knacks and cracked paint look cool here.
I don't usually give much thought to how much of myself I have invested in my things and my surroundings (unless some upheaval like moving makes me notice it) but I think it's incredible how _alive_ a home can be when you're in it. Every object, every pile of unsorted papers, every scratch on the floor or chip in the paint is there because _I live here, _ because there is so much inside of me that it spills out and fills these rooms.
And its just as astonishing how fast it can all be over, all of your self (or selves) boxed up and carted away, and just like that, it's just an empty room again.

I think the videos of yours that I associate most with that apartment are souvenir/funny feeling, you don't have to monetize your art, postcard #2, for the mourning doves that live on my window and the Run for Something voting drive livestreams.
