Experiencing the HIGHEST tides in the WORLD at the Bay of Fundy (Hopewell Rocks)

Located between New Brunswick and Nova Scotia lies one of the world’s greatest natural wonders, the Bay of Fundy. This body of water is home to the highest tides in the world, with 160 billion TONS of water flowing in and out of the bay every 6 hours, which is apparently enough to fill the Grand Canyon. 😱

To see these crazy tides for ourselves, we spent 18 hours at Hopewell Rocks, a park known for its super cool flowerpot rocks. We experienced the park at low tide by walking on the very muddy ocean floor, which was pretty hilarious. Plus at high tide, both from overlooks and on a kayaking tour. It was absolutely surreal to see areas we were walking on completely covered in water!

I love that you guys really get into each province and share what you've learned. Having worked in the hospitality and tourism sector, many visitors to Canada just blanket it as just Canada. This country is way too big to do that! Each province is almost like a different country onto their own and you both capture it really well!
