Can u please help me with one more issue ?

Whenever i use usb tethering after few minutes taskbar glitches ..it lags and doesn't works after selecting any icons ...if using discord it stops responding in bg !

And as soon as i disable usb tethering it's normal !
I tried some solution from google forums but the issue is still there !
