Judiciary has to work in time bound manner.
Civil cases should be disposed off with in the year (including appeals in Higher courts) be it land forgery, divorce, property dispute. Taking 10 or 15 years to
Criminal cases should be disposed off within 2 years (including appeals in Higher courts & clemency from President).

The police should be given a free hand to deal with politicians and the police should not be reporting to state govt but senior IPS officers. Unfortunately, both the old law and the new laws would only be applicable only for common citizens not politicians

India has been the best country for the entire spectrum of criminals from petty thieves to financial sector thieves, from corrupt govt officials to police, from rapists to murderers. This has been made worse by an extremely liberal and wike judiciary that frequently violates the constitution by attempting to legislate from the benches.

The laws are draconian for criminals. You guys are criminals, because you care for criminals. Therefore to pass these laws the criminals have to be out of the Parliament. And that's what was done before passing this law. So I appreciate the government efforts to take stern stand on criminals. You guys can continue to protect and support criminals.
