This is *part 2* of the Dorico Tutorial series where I go one by one through specific questions that I was asked by other students I've given Dorico lessons to. In total, I've recorded more than 60 of these short videos to help explain some of the techniques of using Dorico. We'll go through Dorico basics, changes from Finale, and also different methods to solve the same issue.
This series will continue with several different parts, so as to break up the videos into digestible chunks.

I am very new to Dorico. I am putting my first score in and want to listen back to what I have.
(I watched your tutorial part 2 which covered how to do this.) I am using the P key to play, and it scrolls through music but there is no sound. If I use the other method, nothing happens-- there is a "not responding" message that comes up. and it never goes away. I end up having to close down to get out of the screen.

There are messages that come up that say that the audio engine is taking longer than expected to respond. Do I want to wait or terminate. (I can send you a photo of this if you'd like.)

Can you help me?

1) "Con brio" is tempo marking not playing technique.
2) One can also type "rit." or "rall." (abreviations) in tempo popover...no need to do it in Properties Panel at bottom of application.
3) @3:10 Those are called 'tokens', not wild cards.
4) @4:30 Please, remove "Flow information" by using 'Layout Options' > 'Page Setup' > 'Flows' and select "Never" in 'Show flow headings'...don't delete flow frames, tokens directly.
