Tbh this reminds me of when I did playleading with my friends, the area we put the play stuff in is creepy as a farmer died there (we think) as we always saw a ghost or something. Creepy, but turns out the ghost was mad because there small abandoned farm area was messy, we cleaned it up but they didn't stop. I would always see things and tell my friends if they saw it. And they'd say "no", I'm very scared of that area, and it still sends chills down my spine...(yeah this text is long)
