Good, clear explanation. 👍🏻 It’s also good to see how much travel you used in the course of an average ride. If you only go through half of your travel as I was, then perhaps you can afford to lower the pressure, soften the suspension.

When we indicate sag should we fully deflate our fork because I checked my sag and it’s apparently 8%

If you don't have a sag ring fitted use a 2mm zip tie !
