Drum Lifting Column for Reactor Charging - AGIERRE

The fixed Lifting Columns of AGR-LIFT's series are projected and manufactured to support some kind of machine such as Vacuum Conveyors, Drums, and Pharma Bins.
They are mainly used in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and food industries to optimize the production processes of powder handling (conveying, dosing, mixing) and avoid the 'cross-pollution'. It could be manufactured also according to the At.Ex. norm, so, upon request, it could be installed in the powdery zone.
It has a primary internal galvanized iron structure and an external stainless steel AISI 304 carter which is connected to the arm;
The Lifting system consists of a 'worm screw' moved by a self-breaking gear motor.
All functions of the Lifting Column are automatically managed (horizontal and vertical movement as well as all customizable technical specifications) through the control console installed on it.
