I have this wallet and during the setup I realized that it has 20 words in his seed phrase! Do you know why? There are 20 spaces also in the little paper!

Purchased the Trezor Safe 3. Trying to set up. How do I get the authenticity page to appear? The only page that appears is the Firmware Installation which keeps saying Failed Try Again. I think it is because it has not been authenticated. On the Trezor screen it show FW Fingerprint and a bunch of letters and numbers. but won't let me go past that screen.

I'm confused. You buy the hard wallet, then have to connect it to your computer? Doesn't that increase the risk for hackers? The seed words are visible when connected to your computer surely hackers can see them??

Hi, your product page for the Trezor Safe 3 states that it can generate 12 & 24-Word Recovery Phrases. This is the main reason I bought a Trezor Safe 3. Could you please explain how to set up the 24-Word Recovery Phrase? Thanks.
