are you sure your battery test results are accurate? the movie youre playing on the phone is around 3 hrs long and yet you show the battery status after 7 hours and so on with the same movie playing, scene by scene. the movie also doesnt appear to be repeated. ive watched transformers the last knight several times so i know its length.

is it just my phone or when I updated my software from android it tooklomg to fully charge. I mean before I updated it it will only took for 2hrs of charging from 0% to 100% but now it changed.

your charger has some problem. because this phone supports fast charging. and my A20 charges full in 1 hour 10 to 15 minutes
