Loved seeing people of color. They are new and renting so the Raneys helped them build a tiny mobile home on wheels and a chicken coop on wheels. They are now set up to find land or travel. Way to go Raney's, I have learned from each of your episodes for all 6 seasons. Thank you.

I always enjoy watching the rainy's this episode made me smile more than any other's. I hope the couple make it work & go forward with their journey living off grid.

Finally got to see this episode (season 2, episode 4). This show is less a How-To and more a what Not-To-Do. Most Americans are not equipped to live like this. It sounds romantic until real life kicks in. Also, those on-grid vs off-grid numbers they show are completely made up.

The raineys were asked to come in and help this family...and they did! To all the people wanting to throw racist comments towards the raineys reactions...it has nothing to do with race...it has everything to do with common sense..having chickens living in your home is a serious health issue...Marty bouncing on the floor is him testing the soundness and integrity of the structure. I hate that everything has to somehow be twisted around to racism!

This was a challenging episode to watch. The belittling of this owner's confidence validate the suspicions that too many know as reality. We have the same goals. Treat us the same way.

Just how dumb do they think the general public is? My wife watches this show and I have seen so many things that can not be done, like powering a 110 volt light with a 12 volt car alternator, or the stupid electric switch made from a bicycle rim in water. The list goes on and on and on. There is no dumber or faker show on television today. But she continues to watch and I continue to laugh at all the dumb people that think you can dig a large hole in the backyard to stop a flood
