What lawmakers are proposing to help curb violent crime in Missouri

Missouri lawmakers want the governor to appoint a special prosecutor to certain parts of the state to help reduce crime.

I agree with looking a real source of violence and crimes, look at what gov is doing and not doing and if that is contributing to person behaviour and reactions

When it comes to self defense, the gun owner may use their gun in self defense to try to intimidate the perpetrator on his property and giving chance to leave. If a gun owner repeatedly has to into.idate to get provokers off their property the provokers are being the criminals

Increased crime is what happen when so-called "Progressive" Prosecutors fail to file charges and release criminals with low to no bail.

The constitution needs to be upheld as number one laws. When it comes to constitution a d why it was developped it was for the peoples and to protect them from potential electees who would abuse their powers to commit crimes under their title and cause victims. Constitution. Is not there for gov protection. When police are being used as gov "fetch for gov." The gov. Is placing more danger to police officers. When you serve gov. Your not protecting the peoples from gov. Abuses or powers making them victims. Gov don't need protection if they are doing their jobs that is productive with positive accomplishments

Violent crimes will go down when the peoples feel safe and protected. The violence and crimes is cascade impact of not producing jobs, increasing cost and demands on peoples rejected from society, more crimes because country does nothing about white collar organized crimes in our system, the inequality in ethnicities, the inequality in justice (white man get justice I. One week others wait years ). These all accumulate and cause an impact on the population and some react. When you can provide security and safety and keep gov accountable and responsible to their actions, the peoples will feel calm.
