Signalled too late which means she didn't inform the person behind her of what she was doing in time

Pulled in to pull over with no indication to signal to the car behind her intentions. The learner driver was almost to a complete stop before the indication came on, when it should've been before she started moving towards the side of the road.

She should have checked the window washers had sufficient fluid to provide the wipers in their cleaning duty

She didnt check the horn was operative to warn other drivers of her presence

This video and ones like this are what are making more and more people nervous for test. This situation would not have been a fail. I’m ex examiner and this would have been a driver fault (minor) for mirrors change speed for not reacting to what she saw in the mirror but it was a gradual slow down so following car started dropping back. Couldn’t pass because of oncoming cars but that is no fault of this driver.
