Living a life of principles and being a stickler of rules is understandable and youngsters too should follow it. Ultimately he's advocating a different kind of slavery. Human beings are not machines.

Mr. Murthy and family are always in good press becausr of there propaganda. But reality is there work culture is among the worst with very few perquisites. A culture where employees end there day on grumpy note given micro management by managers.
