These MSPs have been exploiting Freshers to the next level with the inflation they have kept the parity of compensation at the same level, as 10 years before.

For everyone, don’t go with the conventional way of thinking, Do whatever is needed to grow professionally and life and get exposure to different forte !!

If this person would have started an outsourcing company at this point of time it wouldn’t have been nothing than a mere source of call centre.


So called elderly people cheering by the side, always remember it’s the one who runs the race goes through the pressure of all the verticals of life.

Again work and do whatever you want to get exposure get rich support your family and support the nation and then retire early and live life.

9 to 5 is a trap.

Also one last thing these sort of people are destroying the culture of IT in India.

PS: Not a frustrated employee of Infosys or any MSP 😅

Them sitting on the board of 10 companies, having invested in 100 other companies, having their own startup and a separate company for equity research and investment and on top of that having several HUFs inside families to invest all that money. When the top 1% does so many things legally allowed and have 100s of source of income then it's not moonlighting, then its not a breach of confidentiality, then its not double employment but a fresher when they want to earn a 1000 rupees doing a freelancing work in his personal time it becomes moonlighting. Irony of capitalism and monopoly at the same time
