The cake turned out gorgeous! Your using the electric handheld mixer is what I still use after 55 years (of course, in my dreams, I mixmy ingredients with a Kitchen Aid mixer 😊). Watching you make dishes from scratch brings back good memories of being in the kitchen with my mom.
