Fallout 4 - Sanctuary House Build Mod

This is the video overview of the mod by ParcelStudioandGames that I ported over to Xbox. Unfortunately, cannot be used on PS4 due to external assets.

This is the Xbox One version of Rebuild - Modular Sanctuary Pre-War and Post-War Build Set by ParcelStudioandGames.

It adds two new categories under "Structures - Metal" - Pre War Sanctuary & Post War Sanctuary, to your workshop. Allows you to build your own Sanctuary homes of varying levels.

Build set contains Floors, Walls, Railings, and Roofs in the Sanctuary style, in both Pre-War and Post-War fashion. Current build colors are Blue, Green, Yellow, and Red! All are Navmeshed!

Oh sure, and I just love using the Place Anywhere mod combined with the building mod you're showcasing here, and being able to resize the pieces from this mod, and fit them over the old Sanctuary housing structures! (just carefully done or chance they get stuck under the floor/ground and/or ceilings, not to mention exceed the build size limitation bar)
