He starts off by stating it's a tool to help speed up the estimating process, but then dilutes its capabilities down to an example where it merely acts as a directory - real powerful stuff here.

I will only appreciate AI if it will eliminate poverty, homelessness and other ills of society. Otherwise it will only another device for the advantage of the privileged people in society.
