5am: Rise for the day
5:15am - 6am: Read + mastermind with Mel
6am - 6:30am: Walk Lucky (our dog)
6:30am - 8am: Gym (weights and cardio)
8am - 9am: Protein & greens shake, & vitamins + Looking over the plan I created the night before, & prep for my day
9am - 12pm - Deep work
12 - 1pm: Lunch, walking Lucky, & seeing Mel
1pm - 5pm: Sales calls, meetings, hosting masterminds, follow-up, & coaching our staff, team, &/or clients
5pm - 6pm: Dinner with Mel and catch up
6pm - 7pm: Working & double checking everything
7pm - 8pm: Planning for my next day & relaxing with Mel
8pm -9 pm: reading & writing (no screens)
9pm: SLEEP & recover. (We go to bed with affirmations playing)
