I love watching your videos. I use to live in DeSoto, Tx and you shop at the places I use to. I now live in Pgh, PA my hometown and our plant stores don’t compare to Dallas.

For those who like to grow plants with all sorts of specific needs, it has helped me to group them according to needs. So, my succulents have their own area, my tropicals are grouped together, lower light plants, high humidity plants, water loving, etc. It helps me to remember to provide the proper care for each section. And if you have a lot of plants, you can do a quick overview and see if anything is in distress because time is often of the essence.

I saw one private grower selling Rex Begonias as terrarium plants. I took that to mean they need high humidity. I have 8 growing in just my home's normal humidity, which averages between the 50's and 60's unless I'm using a humidity dome when it goes up to the 70's. They don't like to dry out. If they do, their leaves start to curl and turn brown. If they don't get enough light, they get leggy. They definitely tell you if they aren't happy pretty quickly!
