Fix Index Coverage Server Errors 5xx WordPress

I built a replacement site using WP on a temp URL from InMotion, whilst still running my old site with my domain name on Yahoo Small Business. Last week, I transferred my domain from Yahoo to InMotion, which replaced the temp URL with my correct domain name and the new site. The old site no longer exists. (I also transferred Registrars from Tucows to NameCheap, which was confirmed Monday.)
As the host transfer took around 24 hours, during this time, my old site was crawled and Google found four 'Server error (5xx)' - I only received a notification email today, 9 days later.
The problem is that the four URLS no longer exist. If I do a Fetch and Render in Console, I can't fix these URLs. I'm not sure whether the end of your video applies as my issue is with 2 different hosts, 2 different sites, a temp URL, and an exisiting domain name.
Any ideas how to do this?

before I sign up my site on Google, my url It would have a structure that I did not like MySite/blog/article-001 so I changed the structure of the url as so: MySite/site/article. in the error example google shows me an old url shows me an old url MySite/blog/article-001/

I need help from you. Actually i deleted 40 to 50 tags, but google shows these deleted tags as 5xx server error instead of 404 error. To solve this problem i am using remove urls option in webmaster tools.Some urls problem solved but still there are remaining to solve.please guide me here
