Chair Yoga for Self Care - Seated. In today’s practice, we’ll explore poses for self care including seated Triangle pose. You’ll need a chair and a block (or substitute) for today’s class.

Welcome to Bottoms Down Chair Yoga. I’m Carol and I’m happy you’ve chosen to spend this time together to stretch, lengthen and strengthen your body.

This series - Slow and Short - will focus on taking our practice a little slower. We’ll move in and out of poses more slowly and I’ll be sure to enunciate clearly. And we’ll keep the classes under 30 minutes.

This 27 minute yoga practice explores poses for self care. Welcome kindness and self love into your practice as we focus on poses that embrace self acceptance and self love on a deeper level. We warm up gently and center our work on our breath and mindful movements to build strength and focus mindfully.

You’ll need a chair and a block (or substitute) for today’s practice. We'll stay seated the entire time.
