Gruar Chanter 1

I have been asked by another piper to try to put together a set of pipes from the "sticks" that he bought online.
The chanter was made by Philip Gruar and the drones by Bill Hart of Iona Bagpipes, so they are not really a "set" as such.
The chanter is all but unplayable at the moment but a decent reed will sort it out.
