Written pattern
1. Get a rubber band or a hair tie whatever you call it
2. Make a slip knot and do single crochet all around the hair tie
3. Slip stich to join
4. Chain 3 and do TWO double crochet IN EACH STITCH
4. Slip stitch to join
5. CHAIN 3 and do one double crochet in each stitch
6, slip stitch to join
7. Add new colour and do a round of single crochets and slip stitch and tie off to join ❤

It's been many years since l crocheted. Surprisingly l forgot how to crochet a scruchie, l keep making mistakes. But this video here taught me all over again, such a detailed explanation. Thank you.

scrunchie written pattern
step 1. Make a slipknot
step 2. get a hair tie
step 3. do sc's (single crochets) all around the hair tie
step 4. slst (slipstitch) to join
step 5. ch(chain) 3 and do 3 dc(double crochets) in each stitch
step 6. slst in first dc
(If you want more ruffles than you can do another round of 3 dc in each stitch)
step 7. ch 3 and do 1 dc in each stitch
step 8. slst in first dc
step 9. ch 1 and fasten off

If you want another color then do this step

step 10. make slipknot and instert hook into first stitch(with the slipknot still on the hook) then make a sc
step 11. make sc all around the scrunchie
step 12. for your last sc do the sc in the first stitch
step 13. slst in first sc and ch 1 then fasten off
step 14. weave in ends and then tie ends.

Then you got a scrunchie! hope this helped!
